Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Cambridge Youth Track Club

Prior to the season we use player registration fees to fund our operating budget, which includes equipment, field maintenance, and league fees, among other annual expenses. In order to operate our organization, it requires player fees prior to the season. Because of this, refunds are only issued prior to March 10th of the year. After March 10th, refunds are not issued if a player decides to voluntarily not participate. In the case of injuries that prevent the player from playing, refunds may be issued after that date and are evaluated by the members of the Board. By registering and paying for the season, you agree to the refund policy.
